Born and raised in Kingston, Rhode Island, TJ Deneault is an experienced Journalist with 4+ years of sports journalism and commentary under his resume. Since 2018, TJ has been writing about all things sports. In 2020, he was recognized in the Providence Journal for his contributions to the Bishop Hendricken High School Broadcast network, where he served as Play-byPlay commentator for four years. He also wrote articles on football, basketball, hockey, and soccer games, to go along with being a broadcast statistician in his senior year for regionally televised games with YurView New England.

In addition to sports writing, TJ also enjoys sharing his self-improvement journey, which started his junior year of high school. Like most teenagers, rough personal life events lead TJ to discover not just the gym, but himself, through rigorous self-improvment activities such as exercising, journaling, and therapy.

Currently, TJ is a senior Entrepreneurship and Marketing Senior at Seton Hall University, studying abroad in the fall of 2025 at the prestigious University of Westminster, Business School, where he shares his journey through his lifestyle Instagram page @teejs_life.
